We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion without prior notice.
Authenticity & Lifetime Guarantee
Oswal Antiques offers a Lifetime Guarantee of Genuineness on all items sold through the eShop.
In case of a claim regarding authenticity, the matter will be reviewed by our expert team.
If the claim is upheld, we may offer a refund of the item price.
Government taxes, shipping charges, & handling fees are non-refundable.
Decisions of Oswal Antiques in such matters shall be final & binding.
OSWAL will not be held liable in any manner if any other grading agency gives a different opinion
about items sold by us.
Product Description & Conditions
All items are described to the best of our knowledge, expertise, & professional assessment.
Numismatic & antique items may naturally exhibit age-related characteristics such as wear, toning, surface marks, or variations.
Product images are for reference purposes; slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Grades, descriptions, or authenticity opinions are based on our assessment & may differ from opinions of third-party grading agencies.

All prices are listed in
Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices, availability, & product listings are subject to change without prior notice.
Certain items may be available in limited quantities & may be withdrawn at any time.
Orders & Payments
Oswal Antiques reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Full payment must be received before dispatch of any order.
Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout.
We use ICICI Payment Gateway for processing payments. We / ICICI do not store your card data on their servers.
The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment.
Your payment information is only used as long as its necessary to complete your purchase transaction, but not saved.
Ownership of the item transfers only after full payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & handling charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
We ship through reputed & registered courier services or speed post,
whereas international shipping is done through registered airmail only.
Buyers staying in remote area are expected to notify us about their preferred mode of shipping to avoid any delay or unforeseen scenarios.
If a buyer requests a specific courier, additional charges will apply.
After successful payment, we dispatch order within 4-5 business days.
All shipments are at the buyer’s risk once dispatched.
Delivery timelines are indicative & may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, except with prior written approval from Oswal Antiques.
Orders can only be returned if they meet the conditions of our Return Policy.
Returns Policy
You may return items within 3 days of delivery if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, or
The item is found not genuine (after verification).
Returns must be made in the
same condition as received, along with original packaging & documents.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. For items returned due to our error,
we will cover the return shipping cost (up to the amount paid for delivery).

Once we receive & verify the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Item Not Available – If an ordered item is unavailable.
Missing Insured Items – If an insured shipment goes missing, file a complaint;
after verification with the courier, the refund will be processed.
Incorrect Item Supplied – Report within 3 business days of receipt &
must be returned in original condition.
Item Found Not Genuine – Provide supporting documents & photos for verification.
Our team will confirm authenticity & guide the return.
Important Note:
Refunds are subject to verification of returned items.
Items returned without prior intimation or incomplete documentation may not be accepted.
Refund will be processed within 2-7 businesss days after receiving & verifying the item.
Government taxes, shipping charges, & handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
