Shipping & handling charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated. We ship through reputed & registered courier services or speed post, whereas international shipping is done through registered airmail only. Buyers staying in remote area are expected to notify us about their preferred mode of shipping to avoid any delay or unforeseen scenarios. If a buyer requests a specific courier, additional charges will apply. After successful payment, we dispatch order within 4-5 business days. All shipments are at the buyer’s risk once dispatched. You may return items within 3 days of delivery if: The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, or The item is found not genuine (after verification). Returns must be made in the same condition as received, along with original packaging & documents. Return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. For items returned due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost (up to the amount paid for delivery).
